AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATE OF FEES IMPOSED BY THE MARIBOJOC WATERWORKS SYSTEM AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE F. SECTION 5F, LETTER B IN THE MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 1980.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:
Section 1- That the rate of fee imposed by the Maribojoc Waterworks System shall be amended by Municipal Ordinance No. 53, series of 1982;
Section 2 – That for houses or estsblishment with no water meter ( flat rate ) there shall be collected a fee of eight pesos ( P8.00)
Section 3 – That this amendment shall be take effect after a public hearing with the consumers and approval of the Sangguniang Bayan.
Section 4 – Finally, this ordinance shall be take effect on March 20, 1982.
