APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P475,000.00) FOR THE DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA DEVELOPMENT FUND, C.Y. 2007 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P475,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the 20% IRA Development Fund, C.Y. 2007;
SECTION 2: PURPOSE -The amount of Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos
(P475,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the different Development Projects of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: ALLOCATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS to wit::
a. Health Indigency Program (Survey Expenses
and General Services) - – - P 50,000.00
b. Improvement of Municipal Plaza - – - P200,000.00
c. Eco-Tourism Development Tourism Sites
Technical Planning - – - P 25,000.00
d. Improvement of Public Buildings - – - P150,000.00
e. Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) Updating – - P 50,000.00
Total - – - P475,000.00
SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. The Sangguniang Bayan Members who were present during their session duly assembled there fully deliberated and sponsored for its approval.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
