Municipal Ordinance No.187 Series of 1985

ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P2,000.00 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TOWN PLAZA OUT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P2,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the improvement of the town plaza out of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1985.

Sec.2- That this appropriation shall be reflected in the supplemental budget for CY 1985.

Sec.3- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Treasurer of Maribojoc, Bohol for his approval.
