ORDINANCE FIXING THREE (3) YEARS TENURE FOR BANGUS FRYING CATCHING CONCESSIONAIRE WITHN A YEARLY RENEWAL OF LICENSE FEE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;
Sec.1- It is unlawful for any person or group of persons to catch bangus fry within the territorial waters of Maribojoc, Bohol without having secured Mayor’s permit and license fee from the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec.2- A person or group of persons could be granted an authority to catch bangus fry after having won the bidding within a period of three years.
Sec. 3- The concessionaire of the bangus fry cacthing shall pay a yearly Mayor’s permit and license fee within a period of three years and after the expiration of the tenure of 3 years the right to catch bangus fry will be subject to bidding.
Sec.4- The amount of yearly Mayor’s permit and license fee defends on the impositions of rate of fees in the Local Tax Ordinance passed by the Sangguniang Bayan.
Sec.5- The bidding of bangus fry catching after a period of three years will be opened to any interested parties provided that the provisions of this ordinance will not be violated.
Sec.6- Any person or group of persons who violates this provisions of this ordinance shall be fined of not less P300.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 15 days or both at the discretion of the Court.
