AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY NINE PESOS AND FOURTEEN CENTAVOS (P587,629.14) FROM THE 5% NET IRA RETENTION FOR THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it enacted the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Five Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php587,629.14) which shall be taken from the 5% IRA Retention is hereby appropriated for the different projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Five Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php587,629.14) is hereby appropriated for following projects, to wit:
a). Construction / Improvement of Public Buildings P 325.000.00
b.) Construction of Tourism Hall (Phase 3) 222,629.14
c.) Purchase of Equipment for Maintenance of
Municipal Roads 40,000.00

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.
SECTION 4: Effectivity .- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Let copies be furnished the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol, Provincial Budget Officer, Tagbilaran City and Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.
