AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIRST STEP OF CIRCULAR NO. 15 FOR OFFICIALS AND ADJUSTMENT OF SALARIES AND ALLOTMENTS FOR THE DIFFERENT OFFICES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1983.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol:
SECTION 1: That an amount of forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos (P42,815.84) is hereby appropriated for the salary increase of Municipal Officials, Clerk to the Mayor, MDC traveling allowance and additional allotments of office supplies for the different offices of the municipal government.
SECTION 2: That the following personnel will be adjusted of their salaries based on Step I, Circular No. 15.

5. Municipal Budget Officer Crescencia V. Vendencia- 14,532.00 / annum
6. SB Secretary Alberto E. Arangoso - 14,532.00 / annum
7. Municipal Assessor Avelino Racho - 8,400.00 / annum
8. Clerk to the Mayor Erlinda V. Castillon - 5,112.00 / annum
SECTION 3: That the SB Members will be given P20.00 increase of per diem per session or P100.00 per diem per session.
SECTION 4: That an amount of Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) be appropriated for the traveling allowance of the Municipal Development Coordinator.
SECTION 5: That an amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) be appropriated for casual employees in the Office of the Mayor to be taken from the General Fund.
SECTION 6: That an additional amount of Eleven Thousand Pesos (P11,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the different offices of the Municipal Government.
SECTION 7: That the foregoing appropriation will be reflected in the Supplemental Budget of the General Fund for Calendar Year 1983.
SECTION 8: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
