Municipal Ordinance No. 78 Series of 1983

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) FOR THE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING PROGRAM OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC OUT OF THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the 20% development fund for the town planning and zoning program of the municipality of Maribojoc.

SECTION 10: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

Approved: March 17, 1983

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Development Officer, Ministry of Local Government, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Development Officer, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
