AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF GUIWANON BARANGAY COUNCIL, GUIWANON, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – The Barangay Council of Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol has presented two ( 2 ) Barangay Ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval;
Sec. 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan thru Committee on Resolutions and Ordinance has studied carefully the Barangay Ordinance of Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol;
Sec. 3 – That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and through deliberation has found out that the Barangay Ordinance are within the scope and power of the Barangay;
Sec. 4 – That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay Ordinance
of Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:
a.) An ordinance No.3, series of 1992 imposing a scale fee of 1/5% gross sale
( a yearly gross sale of every Sari-sari store within the jurisdiction of
Guiwanon, Maribjoc, Bohol.
b.) An ordinance imposing a sale fee of water from the four ( 4 ) Rain
Collectors at the price of fifty pesos ( P.50 ) a container within the
Jurisdiction of Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 5 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
