AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 418, SERIES OF 1990, SCHEDULE OF HIRING RATES OF SKILLED WORKERS FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That Section 1 of the Municipal Ordinance No. 149 and 151 series of 1984, Section 3 of the Municipal Ordinance No. 288. series of 1987 and Sec. 3 of the Municipal Ordinance No. 418, series of 1990 are hereby amended to suit the needs of time.
Sec. 2 – Workers listed below under Section 3 are categorized contractual workers. Pursuant to Article 168 ( d-5 ) of the Rules and Regulations Implementing the Local Government Code of 1991, a contractual worker maybe paid higher compensation than that given to employees occupying similar positions or performing substantially the same duties and responsibilities because of the high quality of expertise desired, the difficulty of recruitment, or the time constraint for the completion of the assigned task.
Sec. 3 – That the following skilled workers shall be given a fix rate of wages in this manner:
