AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING THE TRANSIENT VENDORS AT CERTAIN SECTION AT THE PUBLIC MARKET DURING ORDINARY DAYS.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- Definition of Terms:
a.) Transient Vendors – Vendors who are not permanent and
vendors who don’t have permanent leased stalls
in the Public Market.
b.) Ordinary Days – all days in a week except Wednesdays, the
Market days, of days before fiesta and the feast
day.
Sec. 2 – The display of items for sale by transient vendors should be done at the space provided for during ordinary days. It is located at the tables placed midway in front of the carenderias.
Sec. 3 – Exemptions:
a.) Items such as meat, fresh fish, salted fish, smoked fish, and other cooked fish, sold by transient vendors, should be displayed at the appropriated meat and fish section.
b.) Food stuffs like puto, siakoy, fruits and the like, be allowed to be
displayed in the dry good section during ordinary days.
Sec. 4 – Penalty: An person or group of persons who violate the provisions of this ordinance shall be imposed with the following penalties:
a.) 1st offence – – – – warning
b.) 2nd offence – – – – fine of P50.00
c.) 3RD ofence – – – – fine of P100.00 or an imprisonment for one day or
both at the discretion of the Court.
Sec. 5 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Sec. 6 – That copies of this ordinance shall take effect upon approval posted at a conspicuous space in the market.

MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 530

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO PERSONS/GROUP PF PERSONS TO RENT SPACE INSIDE THE SAN ROQUE SUB-MARKET AND OTHER RELATED PROVISION HEREWWITH.

Sec. 1 – Any interested person or group of persons be given permission to rent space inside the San Roque Sub-Market at a rate of P20.00/month/space.
Sec. 2 – Only six (6) open space are to be rented, measuring 1.5 meters each.

Sec. 4 – The design of stalls should follow the recommendation Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator.
Sec 5 – The person or group of persons who rent the space will spend for the construction of such stalls, provided that the cost of materials and labor for the construction should be properly accounted.
Sec. 6 – From the start of the occupancy, the rent to be collected by the Municipal Treasurer thru the Barangay Council shall be P10.00/month/space and the other P10.00 shall be charged to the expenses in the construction of stalls, until such time when the full amount incurred in the construction and the stalls become properties of the Sub-Market.
Sec. 7 – A written contrast shall be made between the Municipal Government and the person or group of persons who wish to rent spaces and construct stalls. The contract should conform with the contract made between the Mun. Govt. and the lease holders in the Mun. Public Market.
Sec. 8 – Existing rules and regulations for the use of the Municipal Public Market shall be implemented in the Sub-Market.
Sec. 9 – The P20.00/month/space rental is subject to revisions as the need arises.
Sec. 10 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 531

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BOOD BARANGAY COUNCIL IMPOSING TAXES ON STORES, RETAILERS, SIGNS, SIGNBOARDS, BILLBOARDS, AND GAMECOCKS.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – The Barangay Council of Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a copy of the ordinance to the office of the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – The Sanngguniang Bayan has reviewed thoroughly the said ordinance and fount it to be enforceable for the purpose of enhancing the income of the barangay.
Sec. 3 – There were deliberations and Committees referrals by the Committee concerned and recommendations were reflected on the draft ordinance.
Sec. 4 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
