AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET, CY 1992 OF BARANGAY PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- That the Barangay Council of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted the Barangay General Fund, CY 1992 of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – That Sangguniang Bayan has deliberated the Barangay Ordinance No.____, series of 1992 Barangay Punsod, Maribojoc Bohol.
Sec. 3 – That the forementioned budget was review by the Committee of Budget Review with the assistance of the Municipal Budget Office as the technical review consultant of the committee.
Sec. 4 – That the Committee on Budget review has the following comments and observations on the Annual General Fund Budget of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol, CY 1992, to wit:

2. That the appropriation for Honoraria of the Barangay Officials shall subject to the Circular/Issuances of the DILG and COA;
3. That the appropriation for supplies and Materials shall observe Rule XXXV of
R.A. 7180;
4. That the appropriation for reserve shall observe Article 4191 (d) of R.A 7180;
Sec. 5 – That the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled has approved the Barangay Budget of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol, CY 1992.
Sec. 6 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
