AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE MANDATORY OFFICES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE POSITIONS AS MANDATED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 IN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- Pursuant to the provisions of the Memoranda, Circular No. 19, series of 1992 of the Civil Service Commission and in pursuant to Republic Act. No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government may create important offices for the smooth operation of the said government unit;
Sec. 2 – That due to the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991, Mandatory Offices and their respective positions shall be created by the Local Government Unit in order to absorb some National Offices which are devolved to the Local Government in the year 1992;
Sec. 3 – There shall be created in the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol the following offices with their respective position titles for each office subject to the provisions of Sec. 1, 2 and 9 of the guidelines of the CSC Memorandum Circular No. 19, of 1992.
1. Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan
Position MGDH-I ( Municipal Secretary )
2. Office of the Municipal Accountant
Position MGDH-I ( Municipal Accountant )
3. Office of the Municipal Engineer
Position MGDH-I ( Mun. Engr. )
4. Office of the Municipal Health Officer
Position MGDH-I (Mun. Health Officer)
5. Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar
Position MGDH-I ( Mun. Civil Registrar )
6. Office of the Municipal Agriculturist
Position MGDH-I ( Mun. Agri. Officer)
7. Office of the Mun. Social Welfare & Development Officer
Position: Mun. Soc. Welfare & Dev. Officer
8. Office of the Municipal Information Officer
Position HRMA
Sec. 4 – That funds shall be appropriated for the aforecited positions in the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 5 – That any ordinances, memorandum and other issuances which are inconsistent to the provisions of this ordinance is deemed repealed.
Sec. 6 – That this shall take effect upon approval.
