AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC TIOLET AT THE MARIBOJOC PULIC MARKET.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- To maintain the cleanliness inside the public market, washing of clothes, cleaning of fresh fishes and other marketing materials inside the toilet are prohibited;
Sec. 2 – In pursuant to the existing Municipal Ordinance No. 12, series of 1993, there shall no person or group of persons shall use the toilet from 9:00 in the evening to 3:00 in the morning.
Sec. 3 – No person or group of persons is allowed to take a bath or shower inside the toilet.
Sec. 4 – Any person caught without flushing human waste after using the toilet will be punishable by law.
Sec. 5 – Graffiti or writing names and slogans on walls of the toilet are prohibited.
Sec. 6 – Any person who violates this ordinance shall upon conviction be punishable by a fine not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days or both at the discretion of the Court.
Sec. 7 – That the copies of this ordinance shall be posted infront of the Public Market Toilet for information.
Sec. 8 – That copies of this ordinance shall be effect upon approval.
