AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET, CY 1992 OF BARANGAY PAGNITOAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- That the Barangay Council of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted the Barangay Budget General Fund, CY 1992 of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – That the Sangguniang Bayan has deliberated the Barangay Ordinance
No. 02, series of 1992 of Barangay Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol;
Sec. 3 – That the aforementioned budget was reviewed by the Committee on Budget Review with the assistance of the Municipal Budget Office as the technical review consultant of the Committee.
Sec. 4 – That the committee on Budget Review has the following comments and observations on the Annual General Fund Budget of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol CY 1992, to wit:

2. That the appropriation for honoraria of the Barangay Officials shall be subject
to the circular/issuances of the DILG and COA;
3. That the appropriation for supplies and materials shall observe Rule XXXV of
RA. 7180.
4. That the appropriation for reserve shall observe Article 419 (d) of RA. 7180.
Sec.5 – That the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled has
approved the Barangay Budget of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol, CY 1992.
Sec.6 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
