AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF THE 20% IRA FUND, CY 1991 AS APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IN THE AMOUNT OF P49,965.60 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA FUND, CY 1991

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Municipal Development Council has approved a supplemental budget of the 20% IRA Fund, CY 1991 in the amount of P49,965.60 out of the unappropriated surplus of the 20% IRA Fund, CY 1991;
SECTION 2: That the supplemental budget, CY 1991 of the 20% IRA Fund carries the following appropriation for:
a.) Maintenance of Peace and Order………………. P 5,000.00
b.) Management Tools…………………………….. 30,000.00
c.) Maintenance of Waterworks…………………… 10,000.00
d.) Reserve Fund………………………………….. 4,965.60
Total………………………. P49,965.69
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
