AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P2,350,223.40 FOR THE ANNUAL BUDGET, GENERAL FUND, CY 1992 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand
Pesos and Two Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and Forty Centavos (P2,350,223.40) is hereby appropriated for the Annual Budget, General Fund, CY 1992 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;
SECTION 2: That this amount is budgeted for the following items:

SECTION 3: That the salary of officials and employees is a partial implementation of salary standardization law based on Circular No. 36 of the Joint Commission.
SECTION 4: That the Sangguniang Bayan members will received a monthly
salary of P2,635.20 each.
SECTION 5: That the rank and file employees is 3rd step of Circular No. 36 with a PERA of P350.00 per month each.
SECTION 6: That the daily wage of the casual employees is P40.00 per day with a PERA of P300.00 per month each.
SECTION 7: That the Municipal Officials shall receive representation allowance per month, to wit.
