AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, PROVING A PENALTY TO ALL OWNERS OF ALL KINDS OF ANIMALS WHO IS ACTUALLY CAUGHT EATING THE PLANTS IN A FARM AND WAS BROUGHT TO THE BARANGAY CAPTAIN OR BARANGAY JUSTICE FOR SETTLEMENT WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a barangay ordinance providing a penalty to all owners of all kinds of animals who is actually caught eating the plants in farm and was brought to the Barangay Captain or Barnagay Justice for settlement within the jurisdiction of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval of the Sangguniang Bayan;
SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and consultation has found out that the ordinance is within the scope and power of the barangay.
SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approved the Barangay Ordinance of Dipatlong, Barangay Council for implementation within its jurisdiction.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
