AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF PUNSOD BARANGAY COUNCIL PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS FROM GETTING COCONUT LEAVES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol has Presented the barangay ordinance prohibiting any person or group of persons from getting coconut leaves without the consent of the owner within the jurisdiction of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol;
SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol after a careful study
hereby approved the barangay ordinance of Punsod Barangay Council for it is within the scope and power of the barangay.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Sangguniang Pambarangay of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation of said ordinance.
