Municipal Ordinance No. 49 Series of 1981

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED PESOS ( P 1,300.00 ) AS YEAR END BONUS TO BE GIVEN TO ALL REGULAR AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – the amount of One Thousand and Three Hundred Pesos ( P 1,300.00 ) is hereby appropriated as year end bonus for regular and casual employees of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Section 2 – This appropriation shall be taken from the savings of the different offices of this municipality.

Section 3 – That all regular and casual employees shall receive a year end bonus of 50.00p each;

Section 4 – This ordinance takes effect upon approval .

After due deliberation.

LET COPIES be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
