AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A RENTAL FEE TO ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS FOR USING THE MULTI PURPOSE ABC HALL FOR PRIVATE USE.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Any person or group of persons holding activities at the Multi Purpose ABC Hall for political and commercial purposes shall pay an amount of P200.00 as rental for one day use of the said venue;
SECTION 2: Any person or group of persons who will use the ABC Hall for non political or commercial purposes or use the venue for private activity shall pay a rental fee of P50.00 per use or per day.
SECTION 3: Any person or group of persons using the Multi Purpose ABC Hall for seminars, conference, meetings and the like from any government agencies like DA, BOLO & WAS Organization, ABC of the municipality where the public is benefited shall be exempted in paying the rental as provided in this ordinance;
SECTION 4: Any person or group of persons who violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of P100.00;
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
