AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF P21,865.90 CY 1989 AS A MUNICIPAL AID TO THE MARIBOJOC MEDICARE HOSPITAL TO BE ACCRUED TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the amount pf P21,865.90 CY 1989 as a Municipal Aid to the Maribojoc Medicare Hospital is hereby reverted to be accured to the General Fund of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol due to the scrapping of municipal aid to hospitals in the municipal budget;
SECTION 2: That this amount shall be reverted to the General Fund, CY 1991.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
