AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF ALIGUAY BARANGAY COUNCIL, ALIGUAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: The Barangay Council of Aliguay, Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol has presented barangay ordinance, to wit;
a) An ordinance imposing penalty to persons or group of persons caught grazing animals within the school premises.
b) An ordinance imposing permit fee for every mango blower within the barangay of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan has studied thoroughly the two barangay ordinances and found out that these ordinances are within the scope and power of the Barangay Council of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby approves the barangay ordinances of Aliguay Barangay Council, Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval;
