AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P6,199.83 FOR THE TERMINAL LEAVES OF MR. CIPRIANO MARCERA AND MRS. ANTONIA ENDERES OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the amount of P6,199.83 is hereby appropriated for the terminal leaves of Mr. Cipriano Marcera and Antonia Enderes out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1991;
SECTION 2: That this appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval of the supplemental budget by the Provincial Budget Officer..
