AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON DRIVING A BICYCLE OR ANY VEHICLE TO OVER SPEED ALONG ISAAC C. JABINES SR. STREET, BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: The Barangay Council of Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a regulatory ordinance for review and approval.
SECTION 2: That the Barangay Ordinance prohibits any person driving a bicycle of any vehicle to over speed along Isaac C. Jabines Sr. Street, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol for protection purposes;
SECTION 3: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and thorough deliberation has found out that said ordinance is within power and scope of the Barangay Council of Bayacabac.
SECTION 4: The Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol hereby approve the
Barangay Ordinance of Bayacabac Council for regulation and protection purposes.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
