AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF CABAWAN BARANGAY COUNCIL ON KEEPING FOWLS AWAY FROM RICEFILEDS AND FARMS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Cabawan Barangay Council, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a barangay ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the enactment of the regulatory ordinance of Cabawan Barangay Council is within the scope and power of the barangay.

SECTION 3: That after a thorough deliberation and study of the SB members the said ordinance of Barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol is hereby approved..

SECTION 4: That this ordinances takes effect approval.

After due deliberation.
