AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF LINCOD BARANGAY COUNCIL TO PROHIBIT ALL STORES TO SELL BEER, LIQUOR OR ANY ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FROM 11:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M. IN THE JURISDICTION OF LINCOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted barangay ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.
SECTION 2: That after a careful stuffy and thorough deliberation of the regulatory ordinance of Lincod Barangay Council, the Sangguniang Bayan approves the barangay ordinance which prohibits all stores to sell beer, liquor or any alcoholic drinks from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 A.M. in the jurisdiction of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: That this ordinances shall take effect upon approval.
