AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PROHIBITING STORE OWNERS ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING TUBA, LIQUORS AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC DRINKS TO OPEN 10:00 P.M WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: The Barangay Council of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol has presented a barangay ordinance for review and approval of the Sangguniang Bayan..
SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and deliberation has approved the barangay ordinance of Dipatlong prohibiting store owners engage in the business of selling tuba, liquors and other alcoholic drinks to open beyond 10:00 P.M. within the jurisdiction of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: That the enactment of said ordinance is within the scope and power of the Barangay Council of Dipatlong Council of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: That this ordinances shall take effect upon approval.
