AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF CABAWAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That Cabawan Barangay Council, Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted the barangay ordinances for review and approval.
SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful deliberation has approved the following barnagay ordinances of Cabawan Council, to wit:
a) An ordinance imposing an amount of One Pesos (P1.00) per coco to every chainsaw operator who operates his business in the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.
b) An ordinance imposing barangay permit fee to any buyer of animals such as pigs, cows, carabaos, goats and chickens within the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.
c) An ordinance prohibiting all minors from 18 years old and below to play billiard within the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
After due deliberation.
