AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,000.00 FOR THE EXPENSES RELATIVE TO THE REGISTRATION OF THE DEED OF EXCHANGE OF PROPERTIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AND THE VELOSO FAMILY OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) is hereby
appropriated for the expenses relative to the registration of the Deed of Exchange of properties of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol and the Veloso family out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 1991
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
After due deliberation.
