AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF BUSAO BARANGAY COUNCIL BUSAO, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted barangay ordinances for review and approval..
SECTION 2: That after a thorough and careful deliberation with a special
consultation with the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Bohol on the legality of the proposed ordinances of Busao Barangay Council, the Sangguniang Bayan approved the barangay ordinances of Busao, to wit:
a) An ordinance prohibiting to throw waste along the roadside irrigation canal, public places of dead animals, sharp pointed waste materials to protect and prevent injuries.
b) An ordinance imposing penalty to all owners of farm animals not to tie and pasture along roadside, irrigation canal to avoid accident and canal damage.
SECTION 3: That the Barangay Ordinance of Busao Barangay Council are
within the scope and power of the barangay.
SECTION 4: That these ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
After due deliberation.
