AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF BAYACABAC BARANGAY COUNCIL, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Bayacabac Barangay Council, Bayacabac, Maribojoc,
Bohol, has passed the following barangay ordinances for review and approval.
a) An ordinance prohibiting the owners of animals to pasture their animals inside the school campus of Bayacabac Primary School, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol.
b) An ordinance prohibiting any person group of persons to play basketball, volleyball or any kind of games inside the school campus during class hours at Bayacabac Primary School, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and deliberation hereby approves the barangay ordinances of Bayacabac for it is within the scope and power of the barnagay.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
