AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MONTHLY WATER FEE OF THE AGAHAY WATERWORKS SYSTEM FROM P.25 TO P1.00 EVERY HOUSEHOLD WHO IS REGULARLY USING THE WATER SUPPLY.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted a Barangay Ordinance increasing the monthly water fee of the Agahay Waterworks System from P.25 to P1.00 every household who is regularly using the water supply for review and approval.
SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study deliberation has found out said ordinance to be within the power of the barangay.
SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approved the Barangay
Ordinance of Agahay Barangay Council.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
