AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P321,000.00) OUT OF THE EXCESS IRA OF C.Y. 2008 FOR SALARY DIFFERENTIAL FOR THE PERIOD AUGUST 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2008 AS PER MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 01-M(15)-08 DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2008 OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE DECLARING THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC AS A FOURTH (4TH) CLASS MUNICIPALITY FROM 5TH CLASS EFFECTIVE JULY 29, 2008.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Three Hundred Twenty One Thousand Pesos (P321,000.00) out of the excess IRA of C.Y. 2008 is hereby appropriated.
SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Three Hundred Twenty One Thousand Pesos (P321,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the additional compensation of the Regular Officials and Employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:
a. Office of the Mayor - 39,916.10
b. MPDC Office - 10,983.10
c. Mun. Civil Registrar’s Office - 11,200.90
d. Mun. Treasurer’s Office - 23,977.85
e. Mun. Assessor’s Office - 12,405.20
f. Mun. Budget Office - 11,200.90
g. Mun. Accounting Office - 15,579.90
h. Mun. Engineer’s Office - 11,936.60
i. Mun. Health Office - 2,400.00
j. Mun. Agriculture Office - 27,917.25
k. M S W D Office - 7,401.70
l. Slaughterhouse Section - 3,653.50
m. Market - 8,787.30
n. Waterworks - 11,997.60
o. Vice Mayor & SB Member - 121,642.10
TOTAL - P 321,000.00
SECTION 3: That effective August 1, 2008 every Regular Officials and Employees shall receive salary differential pursuant to Department of Finance issued Department Order No. 23-08 under Memorandum Circular No. 01-M(15)08 dated November 20, 2008 issued by the Executive Director.
SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION – This appropriation ordinance was sponsored and deliberated by all SB Members present in their session duly assembled.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY.- This ordinance shall take effect and retroactive on August 1, 2008.
