AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF ALIGUAY PROHIBITING PERSONS TO USE SCHOOL PROPERTIES WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE SCHOOL HEAD OR BARANGAY CAPTAIN.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted the barangay ordinance of Aliguay for review and approval.
SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan has reviewed and studied thoroughly
the barangay ordinance of Aliguay and said ordinance is in order.
SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the barangay
ordinance of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
After due deliberation.
