AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BUSAO, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO WIT:
a) A barangay ordinance to collect license fee on any business operating within the barnagay of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol.
b) An ordinance to collect slaughter fees on animals to be slaughtered in Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol.
c) An ordinance prohibiting to pick the nuts and cut leaves of coconut trees which are not his/her property.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted the tree (3) barangay ordinances of Busao for review and approval.
SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan has reviewed thoroughly said
barangay ordinances in the committee level and as well as the entire membership of the body studied the ordinances.
SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan has found that said ordinances are
within the power and scope of the Barangay Council of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay
Ordinance of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
