AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BUSAO, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PROHIBITING MINORS BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PLAY BILLIARD AND OTHER ILLEGAL GAMES WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted a barangay ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That said ordinance was thoroughly studied and deliberated by the
members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan has found that said ordinance is
within the power and scope of Busao Barangay Council.

SECTION 4: That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay
Ordinance of Busao, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
