AB ORDINANCE IMPOSING FEE ON PHOTO COPYING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc owns photo copying equipments, Duplo Digital Duplicator, Model DP205, for the use in the implementation of the different programs and projects of the government;
WHEREAS, this equipment needs maintenance for its operation and use;
WHEREAS, there are government agencies and private sectors that would like to avail of the service of this equipment;
WHEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: There shall be a free to be imposed for the photo copying service in the Municipality of Maribojoc, to wit:
a. For government agencies (local, provincial and national under the supervision of the LGU-Maribojoc.)
There shall be a fee provided that the government agencies who would want to avail of the photo copying service shall provide the needed papers and that the number of copies per page to be generated shall not be lesser than 20 copies.
b. For Private sectors and other government agencies (not mentioned above).

SECTION 2: The Municipal Mayor shall be the exclusive person to decide the use of the above-mentioned equipment..
SECTION 3: No person shall use or operate the equipment without having designated by the Municipal Mayor.
SECTION 4: Any person or entity who shall avail of the photo copying service shall see first the Office of the Mayor.
SECTION 5: Payment shall be made of the Office of the Municipal Treasurer before the photo copying service shall be rendered..
SECTION 6: Any municipal official or employee, regular or casual, who is found to have violated any of the provisions mentioned in this ordinance shall be changed administratively by the office of the Sangguniang Bayan.
SECTION 7: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
