AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A BARANGAY ORDINANCE IMPOSING A PENALTY OF P3.00 TO THOSE RESIDENTS OF BARANGAY TINIBGAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FAILED TO ATTEND BARANGAY ASSEMBLY MEETING.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Tinibgan Council has submitted to the Sangguniang
Bayan a Barangay Ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study has found out
that said ordinance is in order;.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance hereby approves the barangay ordinance of
Tinibgan, Maribojc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance take effect upon approval.

After careful deliberation.
