AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P171,000.00) FROM THE SAVINGS OF MOOE ITEMS OF C.Y. 2008 OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AND TO BE AUGMENTED AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CASUAL EMPLOYEES.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Pesos only (P171,000.00) from the savings of MOOE items of C.Y. 2008 of the different offices of LGU-Maribojoc, shall be granted and augmented as assistance for the casual employees;
SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Pesos only (P171,000.00) is hereby granted and augmented as financial assistance for all casual employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE – That the casual employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol shall receive the amount to wit:
1. One Hundred Thirty Eight (138) casual employees @ P1,000.00 - P138,000.00
2. Eleven (11) persons @ P3,000.00 - P 33,000.00
P171,000.00
SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION – The Sangguniang Bayan Members present during the session have fully deliberated and sponsored the appropriation ordinance for the benefit and welfare of the casual employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
