AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IMPOSING BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE P2.50 TO PUNSOD RESIDENTS WHO ASK BARANGAY CLEARANCE FROM BARANGAY CAPTAIN OF PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec.1 – That Barangay Council of Punsod Maribjoc, Bohol has submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan a Barangay Clearance for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – That the Sangguniang Bayan after a thorough deliberation has found that said ordinance is within the scope and taxing power of the barangay;
Sec. 3 – That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approved the Barangay Ordinance of Punsod and said Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of this approval.
