AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE IMPOSING THE PEOPLE OF SAN ISIDRO, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO PAY SLAUGHTER FEE WHOEVER FAMILY INTEND TO SLAUGHTER ANIMALS FOR ALL PURPOSES.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec.1 – That the Barangay Council of San Isidro has submitted a barangay ordinance imposing slaughter fee of 25% from the Municipal imposition.
Sec. 2 – That the tax ordinance is within the taxing power of Barangay San Isidro, Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 3 – That the Barangay Council of San Isidro can imposes slaughter fee for all residents who butchered animals for all purposes within their jurisdiction anytime of the year.
Sec. 4 – That the ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of the approval of this ordinance.
