AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P593,600.00) OUT OF THE PERSONNEL SERVICES SAVINGS (PS) OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES IN THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BRANCH INTO THE ADDITIONAL CASH GIFTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Five Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos only (P593,600.00) is hereby granted out of the Personnel Services Savings (PS) of the different offices in the executive and legislative branch into the additional cash gifts in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;
SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Five Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos only (P593,600.00) is hereby granted out of the Personnel Services Savings (PS) of the different offices in the executive and legislative branch into the additional cash gifts in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2008;
SECTION 3: AMOUNT OF EXTRA CASH GIFT – Every Municipal Official and permanent employee shall receive an amount of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P11,200.00) as additional cash gifts for C.Y. 2008.
SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION – The Sangguniang Bayan Members present have fully deliberated and sponsored the appropriation ordinance for the benefit and welfare of the Municipal Officials and permanent employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
