AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE ORDINANCES OF AGAHAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec.1 – That the Barangay Ordinance of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted their barangay ordinances for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – That the barangay ordinances of Agahay are within the power and scope of the Barangay Council of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 3 – That the following barangay ordinances of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol are hereby approved for implementation.
a. An ordinance imposing rental fees on any person who uses the copra drier in the amount of P1.00 a sack big or small.
b. An ordinance imposing monthly dues of P.25 on every household to the barangay government of Agahay.
c. An ordinance imposing a 25% tax on slaughter fees on carabaos, cows and
pigs.
d. An ordinance imposing tax of P2.50 as barangay clearance fee on person or persons who ask barangay clearance from the Barangay Captain of Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol.
e. An ordinance imposing rental on all ricefield owners supplied by the barangay communal irrigation project of Agahay.
f. An ordinance imposing taxes on stores or retailers, signboard and Billboard, gamecocks and for other purposes.
Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect on December 1 1989.
