AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON ON THE BARANGAY WHO OWN ANY KIND OF ANIMALS TO GRAZE IN THE AREA WHICH IS PROHIBITED IN THE BARANGAY OF DIPATLONG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That the Barangay Ordinance of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol was submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – That after careful study and deliberation the proposed barangay ordinance is within the power of the Barangay Council to impose in its jurisdiction.
Sec. 3 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
