AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES OF CABAWAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec. 1 – That the barangay ordinances of Cabawan,Maribojoc, Bohol were submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – That after careful study and deliberation, the Barangay Ordinances of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol were found out that the barangay ordinances are within the power of the Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec. 3 – That the following Barangay Ordinances are hereby approved for implementation.

a. An ordinance prohibiting to pasture any animals inside the school site of Cabawan, Elementary School, Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

b. An Ordinance on the issuance of permit for the barangay plans/program duly approved by the Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

c. An ordinance imposing a slaughter fee of animals at 25% from the Municipal imposition within the jurisdiction of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

d. An ordinance imposing a penalty for late and non attendance during session of the Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

e. An ordinance prohibiting the pasturing of animals like cattle, carabaos, goats and other on the roads and path ways especially during right time in the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

f. A barangay ordinance to order the barangay folks to tie their pigs reaching three months old and above for protection of plants and farmlands and cleanliness of the place in the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec. 4 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Barangay Captain of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol for his guidance and implementation.
