Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled, that:
SECTION 1. Creation of Position. – The position in the 2001 Plantilla of Personnel of the Municipal Government in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol is hereby created, viz:

SECTION 2. RATIONALE. – The creation of the aforementioned position in the 2001 Plantilla of Personnel is in line with the thrust of the Municipal Government in the Municipality of Maribojoc which is tailored to provide basic services to the constituency of the municipality;
SECTION 3. APPROPRIATION AND FUNDING. – The source of funds for the salary of the newly created position shall be taken from the salary savings of the abolished position of the Assistant Municipal Treasurer of the 2001 Plantilla of Personnel of the Municipal Government in the Municipality of Maribojoc as per Ordinance No. 25, Series of 2001;
SECTION 4. SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. – This ordinance was sponsored en masse during the session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol;
SECTION 5. EFFECTIVITY. – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
