AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINETY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS AND SIXTY TWO CENTAVOS ( P92, 693.62 ) FOR THE YEAR END BONUS AND CASH GIFT FOR ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE SAVINGS AND SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1989.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;
Sec. 1 – That the amount of Ninety Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Three and Sixty Two Centavos ( P92, 693.62 ) for the year end bonus and cash gift for all Municipal Officials and Employees of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the savings and surplus of the General Fund, CY 1989.
Sec. 2 – That all regular officials and rank and file employees shall receive a year end bonus which is equivalent to a month salary, CY 1989.
Sec. 3 – That all casual employees shall receive a year end bonus which is equivalent to a one month salary and wages.
Sec. 4 – That all SB Members shall receive a year and bonus which is equivalent to the amount of three ( 3 ) paid sessions of the Sangguniang Bayan.
Sec. 5 – That all regular officials, SB Members rank and file employees and casual employees shall receive and amount of One Thousand Pesos each ( P1, 000.00 ) as cash gift for CY 1989.
Sec. 6 – That this appropriation ordinance shall take affect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Budget Office, City of Tagbilaran, thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for approval and kind consideration.
