AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P64, 365.44 FOR THE INCREASE OF SALARIES AND WAGES OF ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND RANK AND FILE EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED BIR ALLOTMENT FOR CY 1989 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P64, 365.44 is hereby appropriated for the increase of salaries and wages of all Municipal Officials and Rank and File employees of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the unappropriated BIR allotment for CY 1989 Supplemental Budget.
Sec. 2 – That the officials with the rank of Department Heads shall receive a 10% of the present salaries.
Sec. 3 – That the officials with the rank of Assistant Category shall receive a 15% increase of their present salaries.
Sec. 4 – That the Sangguniang Bayan members shall be given a Seventy Pesos ( P70.00 ) increase per session actually attended of a P280.00 per session actually attended.
Sec. 5 – That the rank and file employees shall be given a 20% increase of their present salaries.
Sec. 6 – That the casual employees shall be given a P4.00 increase per day to be attended to their present wages or they shall receive P21.00 per day.
Sec. 7 – Effectivity: That this ordinance upon approval shall take effect in the month of May, 1989.
