AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P3, 336.00 AS SALARY OF THE PUMPBOAT OPERATOR OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1988 TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, CY 1989.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P3, 366.00 is hereby appropriated as salary of the pumpboat operator out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988 to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989. Sec. 2 – To preserve and protect the beach at the vicinity of Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower and Park, it is unlawful for any person or group of persons to haul sand from the said beach for public and private projects.
Sec. 2 – That this amount is for the wages of the pumpboat operator from the month of May to December, 1989.
Sec. 3 – That this appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.\
