AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P1,200.00 ) FOR THE LEVELING THE NEW SCHOOL SITE OF PAGNITOAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL, PAGNITOAN , MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND,CY1988 TOBE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, CY 1989.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That since the Sangguniang Barangay of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol through its resolution requested the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol to find ways and means to level the hilly portion of the newly acquired school site of Pagnitoan Barangay High School, Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 2 – That to make the leveling unexpensive, the Army Eng’ng Battalion Station in Bohol is requested to level the hilly area of the said school site.
Sec. 3 – That since the seeds three-four days to bulldoze the hilly area, the amount of P1,200.00 is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1988 to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989 to be used for the purchase of crude oil for the leveling the school site of Pagnitoan Barangay High School.
Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Budget Office, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for kind consideration and approval.
